How to Get Refund if Merchant is not Refunding [Full Guide]

How to Fill Charge-back Claim form to Get Refund from Merchant:-

1) First of all, Visit on your Bank branch from where you made your payment.

Note:- This incident happen with me 5-6 months back on PhonePe App, PhonePe Team wasted my 40 days and No Refund after such Huge Time, Then i filled Charge-back claim form to Get My Money back!

2) Ask them, You have done a payment and its failed on payment page.

3) They will give you a charge-back claim form.

4) Fill up the Form and Submit back to Bank, They will tell you it will take upto 45 days to refund your money (But takes 5 days for me to Get Refund).
